Elite FT’s Kids Speed & Agility Training (Ages 8-12)
Kids Speed & Agility Training (Ages 8-12) focuses on running technique and fitness. This program improves athlete speed, overall performance and self-confidence. Our approach based on most up-to- date research. The athlete will learn how to use their arms in the most efficient manner for their body type. Additionally, we will emphasize the leg cycle to improve stride frequency and proper foot contact to the ground. At this beginning level, participants will break a sweat, but will most likely not be exhausted by the end of the workout
Elite FT’s Teens Speed & Agility Training (Ages 13+)
Teens Speed & Agility Training (Ages 13+) focuses on speed, power and fitness. This program improves speed, strength and power and decreases susceptibility to injury. Our approach based on most up-to- date research. The program provides a high intensity challenge for the athlete. The focus of this program will be helping athletes find an efficient running technique while moving forward, horizontally and multi-planar at high speeds
